Moms on the Town Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds are given if a tour is cancelled by Moms on the Town. Tours are considered cancelled only if you receive a phone call from Moms on the Town.
- All neighborhood tours have a scheduled rain date. Please make sure both dates work for you.
- If you withdraw from the tour after signing up, a full refund minus a $12.00 processing fee will be given.
- No refund will be given if you cancel within 72 hours of the tour or do not show up.
- Refunds will be returned to you in the original form of payment.
